Biography

End is a Lombardy-based black metal project created back in 2004 from the mind of Paul, who has always been the exclusive author and composer of all the tracks. Initially born as a solo project and influenced by the most primordial and obsessive vein of black metal, in 2012 Paul recruits a first full line-up, with which he starts live activity and in 2013 records the official demo "Descending". After a radical line-up change, in 2019 the first full-length "End" was released, self-produced on cd by the band and later reissued on vinyl by the Polish label "Victims of Fate". The live line-up stabilised with Paul on the vocals and guitar, Joutsen on drums, NekroFilo on bass and Il Mastino on the second guitar. With this line-up in the autumn of 2020 the band entered the studio to record a new album and signed a contract with the English Cult of Parthenope, which released the second full-length 'Hunter' in digipak in the spring of 2023.





End è un progetto black metal lombardo creato nel lontano 2004 dalla mente di Paul, da sempre autore e compositore esclusivo di tutti i brani. Nato inizialmente come progetto solista ed influenzato dalla vena più primordiale ed ossessiva del black metal, nel 2012 Paul recluta una prima line-up completa, con cui inizia l'attività live e nel 2013 registra il demo ufficiale "Descending". Dopo un cambio radicale di formazione, nel 2019 esce il primo full-lenght "End", autoprodotto in cd dalla band e successivamente ristampato in vinile dalla polacca "Victims of Fate". La formazione live si stabilizza con Paul alla voce e chitarra, Joutsen alla batteria, NekroFilo al basso e Il Mastino alla seconda chitarra. Con questa line-up nell'autunno del 2020 la band entra in studio per la registrazione di un nuovo disco e firma un contratto con l'inglese Cult of Parthenope, che pubblica in digipak il secondo full-lenght "Hunter" nella primavera del 2023.
